NBM Inserts or Neoprene Bonded Metallic Inserts; help absorb effects of minor mis-alignments in Cooling Tower mechanical. These also help in minimizing the transmission of operational vibrations to the cooling tower structure.

These high accuracy items are made up of rubber moulded over metallic sleeves. The rubber is highly resistant to oil and also maintains its shape during high rotatory motion. Different Inserts / Bushes are used for various Drive Shaft models depending on the usage. Inside the moulded rubber are accurately machined sleeves, made of MS, S.S- 304 or S.S- 316 (depending on requirements). MS sleeves are further electro-plated to give them an attractive shiny look with better resistance against corrosive environment.
